Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings will be confirmed once payment is received. Please note that we are a card only establishment, please be aware when visiting. A booking cannot be confirmed until a deposit has been received. Once a booking is confirmed you accept the terms and conditions of the booking. Please note, if you do not arrive on the day of your booking, your site/accommodation will be released.

Cancellations - Accommodation / Storage

Guests cancelling their reservations less than 30 days of their scheduled arrival – no refunds are available.


Guests cancelling their reservation 30 days or more of their arrival date will receive a refund less a $25.00 booking fee.


We wish to advise that no refunds or credits are available for no shows, late arrivals, early departures or due to inclement weather. Refunds are also not available for guests ejected from the park for contravening the park rules.


If you need to cancel your reservation due to voluntary isolation relating to COVID a photo of a positive RAT test with photo ID of the registered guest will be required in order to receive a COVID credit. This credit can be used within 12 months from the date of issue.


All cancellations must be made in writing.

Change of Dates - Accommodation / Storage / Tours

A change of dates is free of charge once if this date change is requested in writing 14 days or more of your scheduled arrival date. This date change is subject to availability. Every further change will incur a $25.00 fee.

4WD Bus Tours

All bus tours depart strictly at 6:15 am. Tours are subject to availability, weather conditions and minimum numbers.


Guests cancelling their tour 30 days or more before their departure date will receive a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee.


Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days before their departure date will receive a 50% refund.


Any cancellations made less than 14 days before their departure date – no refunds or credits will be available.

Should your tour be cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (ie. park closure or equipment breakdown), a full refund or an alternative date will be offered subject to availability.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise travel insurance for all your holiday bookings to meet your personal requirements in respect to personal injury, illness, employment changes or weather conditions.

Caravan Park Rules

Arrival/Departure - Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Early check-ins/late check-outs are dependent on availability and may incur an extra fee. Should you arrive outside of our office hours, please notify our friendly staff prior to your arrival to receive late check in details.


Site allocation/Cabins/Tents – Although we try our best to keep everyone happy, please note that we cannot guarantee specific site, tent or cabin number allocations.


Fires - Open fires are not permitted anywhere in the caravan park.


Power - Please note that we are off grid and generate our own power which can run your lights, fridges and air-cons. Please note the use of hot water systems and any electrical items with a heating element (ie. microwave, hair dryer etc.) may cause the power supply to trip, if more than one is used at the same time.


Pets - We are pet friendly! You are more than welcome to bring your best friend along! Pets must be controlled in accordance with the guidelines specified by Park Management that ensures the safety and comfort of all guests (ie. keep your pet on a lead at all times, clean up after your pet, etc.). Pets are allowed inside the cabins/tents. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the accommodation is left dirty.


Noise - The peaceful enjoyment of our park is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to others and restrict noise from radios, TVs, and social gatherings especially after 8:00 pm.


Housekeeping - The cabins and tents will not be serviced on multiple day stays. If you require additional amenities, please contact our friendly reception team.  If the accommodation is left dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.


Generators - are not permitted in the park at any time.


Speed limit - Roads within the park are all shared with pedestrians, please observe the speed limits and be aware when driving in the park. The speed limit is walking pace only!


Parking - Vehicles must be registered at reception on arrival and must be parked on their allocated sites with one vehicle per site only.


Storage - is on a 24 hour basis from the time of drop off. Another full day charge will apply to any late pickups. Please note that storage is at your own risk.


Drones – the flying of drones is strictly prohibited at the park to ensure the air space safety of all helicopter flights, mustering and other scenic flights taking place in the area.
